Actually, I can…

I don’t think there is one person in the world that has never experienced a moment of doubt. If you’re anything like me, you’re a dreamer. You’re a goal setter. You can see yourself excelling in whatever it is you choose. Then before you can fully get your plan into motion, here comes those pesky thoughts reminding you that you may not have all of the necessary skills, money, education or support needed to get you to the next level.

Something always comes along to make you feel like you’re not good enough or why bother because there is someone else that is better than you. NEWS FLASH .. There is only ONE YOU. No one can accomplish your dream better than you can. No one can bring your vision into fruition the way that you can. I’m a firm believer that GOD wouldn’t place dreams, goals and desires on your heart that he didn’t already equip you with the necessary skills, people and plan to help you succeed. When he gives you the vision, he will also give you provision, but you have to believe and step out on faith.

As believers in Christ we have to build up a solid foundation of faith.  Matthew 7:7 says “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Whatever the desires of your heart may be, go to God with thanksgiving and make your request known. In Matthew 17:20 the bible teaches that with faith we can possess any mountain.

I know firsthand what it is like to have your mind start making you think of why you shouldn’t, why it may not be possible, but the word say that with God all things are possible. And if you believe and build your faith the same is true for you. No matter what it is you may be seeking to accomplish. You can do it.

Matthew: 6:33 “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that you can possibly imagine.  The most important thing to remember is that you have to believe it. You have to stay in faith. Faith is what is going to guarantee that you’ll receive possession of the things God has promised you.

On your journey through life, love, success, and freedom you will have to develop your faith to stand against opposition, doubt, disappointment, anger, hurt and frustration. Fight the good fight of faith knowing that your faith has shifted any problem to God’s hands and he will ensure that you stand, succeed and dominate.

So just when you start to think “omg, I can’t”… Remember ACTUALLY, I CAN…  “I can do all things through Christ”… I can. You can. We can.

From my heart to yours,

Jenny!
